With a background in functional training, weight training, athletic training, and nutrition, she ensures that the center offers effective, results-driven workout programs in a safe and supportive environment. Kassandra's focus is on providing clients with practical, sustainable fitness solutions that help them achieve their health goals, reduce future health risks, and build long-term success.

Head Coach & Manager

Adrian has a background in athletic training and focuses on holistic fitness.
