Hi everyone, my name is Kassandra. I am the Head Coach & Founder of KO Fitness & Wellness Center. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
By doing so, I help guide you along but ultimately you make all the decisions in your journey. I work with your likes, avoid your dislikes and try to shape your behavior, habits and mindset so that you can become consistent and committed to the process. Hi everyone, my name is Adrian. I am one of the head coaches at KO Fitness & Wellness Center. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, a balanced diet & getting enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work.
I care deeply about our members, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.
